New Registration System - December 2019
In early December 2019, Dovercourt is switching to a new registration system.
It's easy to use, fast, and works great on desktop, tablet, and phones.
It will give you enhanced functionality when you register or need to access your family's account; for example, printing tax receipts, viewing your family's programs in calendar form, buying a pool or fitness pass online, and more.
What do you need to do?
In advance of our upcoming Winter registration on Wed. Dec. 4th, 2019, you can make your new client account at our interim account page.
It only takes a few minutes, and then you'll be set up and ready to go!

Registration for programs may be done online, in person or by phone (613-798-8950 ext. 0). Visa and Master Card are accepted for online payments.

General registration information
- Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Spots cannot be held without payment.
- Classes with insufficient registration are subject to cancellation, so please register early
- Rejected payment – There will be a $20 fee on all rejected payments.
Tax receipts/ Statements

Refunds and Credits
We believe in the service and programs that we provide to the community. If you find that a program is not meeting your expectations please let us know. Our Program Directors want to keep improving their programs and your feedback is invaluable.
Refunds & credits will be given up to one week in advance of the program start date, with some exceptions including Parties and Out of School programs. If you wish an account credit there will be no administration fee. This credit does not expire and can be used by any family member for any program.
Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate.
An Administration fee of $20 will apply to all customer-requested refunds, excluding medical situations.
NOTE: Schedules and fees subject to change based on program demand. Your understanding is appreciated. Full refunds are always given if a class is cancelled.
A payment schedule for camps can be set up for your convenience. At the Centre and over the phone it is possible to pay 50% of the camp fees at the time of registration; the remaining 50% must be paid online by June 1, or your camp registrations will be withdrawn.
Some of our programs have plastic membership cards that clients scan at the Customer Service Desk each time they come to participate e.g. Group fitness and Gold Club Passes, and Pool passes. There will be a $2 replacement fee for lost cards.
Sometimes a class must be cancelled for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to reschedule if time and space allows.
Some passes can be suspended for a minimum of two weeks. This is for injury, illness, vacation or other longer term reason. We cannot suspend passes for shorter than this time. See the pass suspension form for more information.

Dovercourt offers its own financial assistance program for residents of the City of Ottawa. We process applications once per family per calendar year. Program subsidies will be granted based on a review of annual income and the number of individuals within a family unit.
Details about our program are on page 3 of the Financial Assistance Application form, which you can fill out and return to Dovercourt (in person or by email to Tyler at email@example.com). Please note: it takes 7-14 days to process the applications.
