Group Fitness & Gold Club passes
Please fill out this form if you wish to suspend or extend your Group Fitness or Gold Club Pass.
Please note: At least 30 days’ notice is required and all fields must be completed or the suspension request cannot be processed. The minimum duration for a pass suspension is 30 days.
- A client may freeze his/her pass for a minimum of 30 days free of charge. The freeze time will be added to the end of your renewal date. During the period that the pass is frozen the member will not be able to use the facilities and related benefits of casual fitness membership.
- The above paragraphs a) does not apply to the following pass:
I. Fitness Centre Only Pass. This pass does not allow any pass suspensions unless there is a medical reason accompanied with a valid doctor's note.
- A doctor's note also includes Pregnancy where any pass may be frozen until such time as the client is able to return to physical activity.
Pass suspension requests will be processed within 30 days. This form is not a guarantee your pass will be placed on hold; it is a request. You will be notified once your request has been approved.
